Direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible at the moment. If you wish to replace a product with another, please return the product(s) and place a new order. Our return policy is the following:

We accept the return of your product(s) up to 30 days after they have been delivered. The return is possible if your products have never been opened or used, and are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items if they are used or opened, for sanitary reasons.
The return fees are at the customer's expense, we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

Please follow these two instructions in order for us to process your return :

1. Fill out the following return form and add it to your return package

2. Inform us of your return by sending us the following information at [email protected] :
- order number
- return tracking link

We cannot process your return without this information!
