We're sorry you weren't fully satisfied with your purchase!Ā 
We accept the return of your product(s) up to 30 days after they have been delivered. The return is possible if your products have never been opened or used, and are in their original packaging. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of items if they are used or opened, for sanitary reasons.
The return fees are at the customer's expense, we do not provide prepaid shipping labels.

Please follow these two instructions in order for us to process your return :

1. Fill out the following return form and add it to your return package

Any package received without this return form will unfortunately not be processed and refunded, so please make sure to include it in your package.

2. Inform us of your return by sending us the following information at [email protected] :

  • order number
  • return tracking link
  • list of the returned products

We cannot process your return without this information!
